The hotel is located next to the Pleasure Beach and offers VIP access for guests which was a lovely bonus.
The room was comfortable and very clean. There was fidelity to branding throughout the hotel - mints on reception, coffee sachets, stickers on toilet rolls etc - which was a nice touch. We looked out onto the park with some of the rollercoaster tracks just metres from the window, but there was no noise whilst we were in the room.
There is a sizeable restaurant and a smaller bar which got full each night of our stay. The breakfast had a reasonable selection of hot and cold options, prepared and cooked well, along with juice and coffee machines. The evening bar and restaurant staff were very friendly.
There is a car park but it was very busy during our stay. It was expensive compared to local Council car parks e.g. South Beach just a few minutes walk away.

A favoured holiday spot since the Victorian era, Blackpool is a traditional English seaside town. Amusement arcades and crazy golf courses line the promenade and dotted between them are plenty of places to pick up fresh fish ‘n’ chips and Blackpool rock.
On the 5-mile sandy beach, children can enjoy Punch and Judy shows and donkey rides. Old-fashioned entertainment at its best. At the other end of the scale is the Blackpool Pleasure Beach, a fairground complex comprising a variety of rides, including The Big One - once the world’s tallest and steepest rollercoaster. They actually had to get permission from nearby Blackpool Airport to erect it!
More seaside pursuits are on the town’s 3 piers, one of which is Grade II listed. However, the most recognisable landmark is the Blackpool Tower which houses a circus, 4D cinema and a world-renowned ballroom, to name a few. Modelled on the Eiffel Tower, it is spectacularly lit during the annual Blackpool Illuminations, when the whole town is bathed in bright lights. The trams plying the prom are also lit. Look out for the one shaped like a ship.
A popular stag and hen do destination, Blackpool offers accommodation ranging from North Shore hotels to South Shore B&Bs - see Booking.com for the best choice.

The overall appearance was of dereliction and lack of cleanliness. We had never been to Blackpool before and based on this visit will not visit again. We used the bus but the smell of urine from a couple of the other travellers made us regret doing that. Sadly the wind was so strong we could not get to the beach. We had trouble finding somewhere to eat that looked clean and better than Wetherspoons in standard of food on our walk back to the hotel from the tower - which like the rest of Blackpool was closed. We finally ate at the Grosvenor Casino and the food was excellent there- but we had to pay a lot for it.

Liked the promenade and walk on pier... which is lovely if the weather is good. Otherwise the two top attractions for us , the Tower ballroom and Winter Gardens were both closed for private events. These were not well publicised.
Everything else seems dated and tacky...
I’ve stayed in many bnb’s and can honestly say this was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Bedding was so clean and soft also, Staff were so friendly and helpful. even gave us a free upgrade to a room more suited to my needs. plenty of toiletries and towels available. out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in blackpool this will be the one we will return too simply for comfort, location, friendly staff and easy booking in process. They even let us store our luggage there whilst out for the day.
thank you for having us!
It was an amazing hotel, from beginning to end, the staff were brilliant, the daughter of the owners, carly was just lovely, and james the all night barman is amazing and we had some good funny banter with him ,he loves the England team lol, room was very clean, ,but the whole hotel was very clean ,and the breakfast was very nice also, a ten minute walk to the pier ,its definitely the best hotel we have stayed in Blackpool, and we have stayed in a few ,we will definitely be back to stay in your hotel again.
Location was spot on and where we wanted to be the hosts were amazing and very friendly and so welcoming the room was amazing bed comfy and room was quality and the bar in hotel was quite cheap for Blackpool you were 60 second walk from hotel to seafront about 2 minute walk from south pier and about 5 mins walk from pleasure beach and 30 secs walk from south pier tram stop where you can get the tram to town or through the illuminations trams were every 15 minutes quality couldn't beat it
Hotel is exceptionally neat, clean and tidy. Hotel manager Steve is very friendly and welcoming. He looked after us very well. Breakfast is amazing and many more facilities that surpassed our expectations. Definitely coming back for long or short term stays. One of the best hotels we have stayed in at blackpool. The family room was a great size for the kids too. Anything we asked the hotel wasnt a problem at all either and already told friends and family about the hotel
Got to the hotel, there was a number on the front door to phone to be told the hotel was water logged, that they had sorted another hotel which was 2 miles out of Blackpool and had no option of breakfast.
Right next to the sea. Only 10 min drive from the main piers in Blackpool. Very large hotel. Had evening entertainment although we didn't stay to watch and couldn't hear any noise when in our room.
