The breakfast was great, with a good selection of dishes Courteous and professional service throughout the hotel Made to feel very welcome upon arrival and whilst we were early, our suitcases were taken up to the room prior to us checking in. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. We were met with a warm welcome from Alison, who showed us around the hotel and recommended a great walk in the area. Location is excellent - quiet but just around the corner from the harbour, shops and bus stop. The breakfast was excellent. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the view over the harbour was amazing! Thank you for a lovely stay. Would recommend.

I have stayed at this guest house three times now, it is the ideal location for exploring the area and the 15 bus runs every 15 minutes from the airport, with less than a five minute walk to the property. We have always been made very welcome, and the staff are friendly and helpful, also a good breakfast included. the rooms are comfortable with a walk- in shower which I much prefer to a bath/shower.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good selection of breakfast was prepared and presented nicely. Dining room was newly refurbished.

Comfortable bed, room& bathroom clean, hotel clean. Close to the town centre, restaurants, shops and the Bay Area. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking was available but limited. A bar and TV room was available.
