It was a beautiful hotel. The bar area was brilliant and all the staff were so helpful and the landlord was fantastic. The Sunday lunch was exceptional and great value. The room was perfect, and the shower was immense! The facilities were excellent and the hotel is right near the centre and the car park. Check out time was brilliant, and the breakfast was brilliant.

The room was very comfortable and very clean. there was fresh milk in a fridge which was a nice touch. The bathroom was large and the shower powerful and hot. The bathroom door grated on the floor and the extractor fan was noisy

A thriving, friendly small town with a great choice of shops, including its own independent bookshop, cafes, bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre, and leisure facilities, including the fantastic lido. Plenty of walks either along the River Wharfe or up onto the moors, great cycling, and good bus and train connections to go further afield.

We went there as it’s the start of the Dales Way walk to Bowness-on-Windermere so only stayed one night. It’s a lovely town, a bit like a small version of Harrogate with covered walkways and Betty’s tea rooms. Some nice shops and plenty of lovely bars and places to eat.ClareUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10
If you like walking Ilkley is just amazing .
If you like walking Ilkley is just amazing .It's probably better if you have a car if you want to explore further afield as the buses are not very good & finish early evening .Great places to eat & a variety of shops .The scenery is breathtaking & there's lots of wildlife .

We had a pleasant overnight trip . Ilkley has beautiful panorama and a great entertainment centre : It’s central for visiting Haworth ( home of the Brontes) and Skipton ( castle.) Great for walking and shopping at some very nice establishments.

Ilkley is a good location with plenty to see in and around the town. It is also conveniently located for visiting the Yorkshire Dales. It was near my event venue. Also situated in a quiet area and easy to access. We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel because almost everything was was provided. No smells of dust at all. It is a place to consider for someone who loves comfort.Simayedwa

The kitchen facilities were perfect for what we needed, the heated towel rail was also much appreciated along with the very comfy bed. Michael made the check in process so easy and was more than happy to help us with anything we needed, and even gave us a great list of activities to explore during our stay. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Thanks for a great getaway!

The Cresent Inn is beautiful inside and the suite we stayed in was large, clean, modern and extremely comfortable, especially the king size bed! Breakfast was included and was beautiful. Parking at the hotel is very limited but there was reasonably priced meter parking very nearby - free from 6.00p.m. to 8.00a.m. The hotel suited all our needs for our one night stay in Ilkley and will be happy to return in the future.
